1. Email Promotions: You are not permitted to conduct e-mail promotions using third-party systems. All e-mail contacts and lists must be your own. Buying solo ads, using safe lists, spam, or any similar tactics are strictly prohibited.
   
   

2. PPC and Marketing Campaigns: Running negative PPC or general marketing campaigns that mislead users, such as "Product name / author name scam," is strictly prohibited.
   
   

3. Trademarked Keywords: Bidding on keywords that include our trademarked company name "MediaPlace" to confuse users is not allowed and will lead to immediate termination from the program.
   
   

4. Self-Purchase Commissions: You cannot earn a commission on your own purchases. Any commissions earned through self-purchases may be voided or withheld.
   
   

5. iFrames and Review Sites: You are allowed to use iFrames and review sites, but they must not contain offensive or negative domain URLs (e.g., "scam," "the truth," "lies," "exposed," etc.).
   
   

6. Commission Payments: Commissions are paid out via Paypal or Bank Transfer. You can set up your account details in the payout section of your partner dashboard. Commissions are calculated monthly and available for withdrawal (minus refunds) every 30 days. You need a minimum balance of $100 to request a cash-out.
   
   

7. Commission Rates: We offer a competitive 30% commission for each front-end license sale.
   
   

8. Accurate Representation: As an affiliate, it's essential to accurately represent our products and their features to customers. Misleading claims, false information, or non-compliance with FTC guidelines will lead to immediate termination of your affiliate account.
   
   

9. Use of Branding: You are not permitted to use the MediaPlace name or logo on any websites, social media pages, accounts, or any online or offline presence without prior permission from the MediaPlace team. Authorized branding guidelines will be provided upon request.
   
   

10. Video Sharing: You may not download videos (promotional, training, etc.) from our YouTube channel and upload them to your YouTube channel or other public video hosting platforms. Instead, share these videos directly from our YouTube channel.
    
    

11. Clear Disclosure: It must be evident that your affiliate offer is a promotional offer. Copying the design of our sales page to make it appear like an official MediaPlace app page is strictly prohibited.
