Storing, organizing, searching, sharing and everyday editing are part of your plan. Credits pay for the AI tools and for converting video. One credit is one cent, every plan includes credits every month, and a run that fails gives its credits back.

Yes, on every paid plan. Connect a subdomain of your website, like media.yourcompany.com, by adding one record where you manage your domain; the security certificate is made for you. Brand pages and share links can then use it. One domain on Pro, three on Team, any number on Studio.
No. Each plan has one price and includes its team members: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 15 on Team, unlimited on Studio. Viewers are always free.
Members upload, edit, organize and share. Viewers can browse, search, preview and download, and they never count toward your plan.
Credits pay for the AI tools and for converting video. Every plan includes credits every month, and you can buy more at any time. One credit is one cent, and a run that fails gives its credits back.
The credits included in your plan are renewed every month. Credits you buy in a pack never expire.
Uploads pause until you free some space or move to a bigger plan. Nothing you already stored is touched.
You keep full access for 14 days while the payment retries. After that, a library that holds more than its plan is read-only for 30 days: you can still view and download everything, and we email you every week. When the 30 days end we empty the Trash, keep as much as the plan holds (starred files first, then the newest) and delete the rest for good.
